What we already know from winning with them last time, is they look to 7-footer Jakob Poeltl to be their catalyst on both ends of the court averaging 17.7 ppg to go along with his 8.9 rpg. He also leads the team in blocks averaging 1.4 bpg. They are clicking at the right time this season; however when playing away from their home court they are just 4-5 this season. USC is a dominant team on their home court, going a strong 15-0 this season. Interestingly enough, USC has struggled of late away from home, but in their last game took down Colorado 79-72. As I’ve mentioned earlier this season, USC has the most balanced scoring attack of any team in D1 this season, with six players that average in double-digit points. I think the balanced scoring attack will be too much for Utah in this one, along with the fact they have to play away from Jon M. Huntsman Center. Take USC to cover the one and a half point.
